Please Join RSM's PRIDE ENG for a Panel Discussion on how to empower ERG members in their work and personal relationships.
RSM partnered with Success and Leadership Coach, Heather Vickery to develop a series of webinars and facilitated coaching sessions, collectively called emPOWERment. Together worked with their Pride ENG members on the skills necessary to expand business connections, increase client connectivity/engagement, and create accountability and systems to be more effective. This panel will recap the emPOWERment program, its goals, insights and best practices you can bring back to your own ERG.
