Q1 Leader Symposium

This annual event, generously hosted by Jenner & Block, provides LGBTQ+ BRG/ERG leaders and internal HR/Diversity Professionals a unique opportunity to get crowd-sourced wisdom on their LGBTQ+ ERG's most pressing challenges and goals.

At this timed event, each attendee will have dedicated time to share a few key challenges they are experiencing and receive targeted feedback/coaching in small groups from their peers of all experience levels.

Whether your organization's LGBTQ+ BRG is emerging or mature, this event provides a structure to discuss workplace challenges, share best practices, and inspire others towards greater LGBTQ+ workplace equality and inclusion.

New friends reconnect at the roundtable event.

Q2 Leader Roundtable

This event typically occurs immediately before the Pride Kickoff, usually in April, and is again designed for LGBTQ+ BRG/ERG leaders and internal HR/Diversity Professionals.

This event is much less structured than the Symposium and is a great way to reconnect with Symposium peers and accountability partners. At this event, we typically direct our conversation towards Pride month programming, challenges, and opportunities.

Q2 Pride Kickoff

Our annual Citywide Pride Kickoff event is typically held in April and is hosted by the W Chicago City Center Hotel. The W generously provides Citywide Pride with a beautiful space, hors d’oeuvres, and drinks.

The Kickoff features a short program but is primarily a social and networking event where attendees can nosh, mingle, catch up, and make new friends from the LGBTQ+ BRG/ERG community.

We’re grateful for our ongoing partnership with the Marriott ONE ARG.

Leaders connect after a roundtable.

Q4 Leader Roundtable

This event typically occurs after Out & Equal’s annual Workplace Summit and is again designed for LGBTQ+ BRG/ERG leaders and internal HR/Diversity Professionals.

This informal event provides those who attended the Summit opportunities to share takeaways and get feedback from their peers. At this event, we also typically discuss planning for the next year. This event is another great way to reconnect with Symposium peers and hold each other accountable.
