Join PwC and Marriott to celebrate National Coming Out Day by exploring how far the LGBT community has progressed in employment equality, while understanding how far we still have to go. We will be screening the limited-release film "The Lavender Scare", directed by Josh Howard and narrated by Glenn Close, followed by discussion and refreshments.

Learn the untold story of how tens of thousands of homosexual federal workers were either fired or denied employment in the 1950's, stirring outrage in the gay community and starting an LGBTQ rights movement with an unlikely hero at the forefront.

This film is currently NOT available to stream, download, or purchase, so please join us for this free opportunity to see this award-winning documentary!
