Please join Northern Trust’s LGBTQ Business Resource Council for a discussion on “Creating Cultures of Belonging.”

Erin Uritus, CEO of Out & Equal Workplace Advocates, will discuss the state of LGBTQ workplace equality and offer leadership strategies for fostering inclusion and belonging in the workplace. Organizations are strengthened and teams empowered when we can bring our full, authentic selves to work. In order to build authentic and inclusive workplaces, leaders must be open to listening, collaborating, and building together. Drawing on her background in organizational development and change management, Erin will share strategies for energizing staff and stakeholders in order to achieve extraordinary impact, navigate through historical challenges and opportunities, and become healthier and happier teams along the way.
